As a fourth generation southeastern Arizona rancher, Walter is intimately familiar with Cochise, Graham and Pima County ranches.  He has been actively selling ranch properties for over 29 years in this area.  Walter also manages several ranches and understands the ins and outs of the livestock business.  He has been associated with Headquarters West, Ltd. since 1990 and has recently become the Designated Broker for the company.
