Being married to a ranch manager, Sandy has lived and worked on ranches in Texas and Arizona for more than 25 years. Though she had her own careers – from working with a racehorse trainer in Texas, to most recently spending eight years as the Principal and only teacher of a one-room, K-12 school in Sonoita, AZ – she was also involved with the day-to-day operations of the ranches her husband, Doug, managed.

When their kids, Jacob and Jessica, finished high school, Sandy decided to pursue a career in real estate. Having lived on ranches and in rural communities for so long, she degcided to focus her efforts on rural properties, especially cattle ranches and unique horse properties. She has had a successful career and in 2015, she upgraded her license from Agent to Broker in both Arizona and New Mexico. Sandy has stated that she looks forward to a long career with Headquarters West as she assists her clients achieve their goals of selling their property, or buying the next one!
