Raised on his family’s Ranch in Quemado NM, familiar with every aspect of the business. He is a graduate of Western New Mexico University, and in 1999 entered the Ranch real estate and management field. He joined Headquarters West, Ltd. in 2003, becoming a principle in 2005, and has served as President for the past 5 years. He is licensed in both Arizona and New Mexico, Sam’s understanding of Ranch management, marketing, and sales makes him a valuable asset to our team. He lives with his wife and six children in the Sonoita/Patagonia are of Southeastern Arizona.
