General Description
The Silver Creek Ranch consists of 24 square miles with overall dimensions of 6 miles east-west and 5 miles north-south. Topography varies from flat and gently sloping to mountainous. The Pedregosa Mountains run north-south through the eastern side and Government Peaks are in the southwestern corner. Silver Creek runs southeasterly through the southwestern corner just west of Highway 80. Elevation ranges from 4,400 feet on Silver Creek to 6,200 feet on College Peak.
