Welcome to the Phoenix Chapter of The American Society of Appraisers
Founded in 1936, the "Society" is a multi-discipline, non-profit, international organization of professional appraisers (valuers). The mission of the Society is to foster the public trust of our members and the appraisal profession through compliance with the highest levels of ethical and professional standards.
The American Society of Appraisers:
- Helps the public and professionals find an ASA accredited appraiser
- Is the only professional valuation organization that accredits members in every appraisal discipline
- Works to grow the appraisal profession
- Fosters professional excellence in its membership through education, accreditation, publication and other services with an emphasis on professional ethics to protect the public
